• Account suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Forfeiture of rewards

• Legal action where appropriate

5. Challenge Participation
Participation in challenges is voluntary.
Users assume all risks associated with:

Users should exercise reasonable judgment and prioritize personal safety at all times.

By uploading content to STAKR, you grant STAKR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Promote

• Market

• Feature

such content in connection with STAKR operations and promotion.
This license ends when content is deleted except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, safety, or operational purposes.

8. AI, Fraud & Authenticity
STAKR may use automated systems, AI tools, human reviewers, or third-party services to evaluate:

• Challenge submissions

• Fraud indicators

• Safety concerns

• Account behavior

• Content authenticity

Users may not submit manipulated, deceptive, staged, synthetic, AI-generated, or fraudulent proof of challenge completion.
Violation may result in:

• Reward cancellation

• Account suspension

• Permanent bans

• Forfeiture of funds
