room—and the name on his bracelet starts disappearing—Jonah
realizes that Blackbeard has not finished with him.
Far beneath Savannah, the House of Endings is rising.
A stone tower existing across countless years, it is built from forgotten
lives, unfinished grief, and every person history remembered only by
the way they died. Within its windows wait lost children whose names
have faded, while Blackbeard searches for an unclaimed soul powerful

A Note from Brian Jon Garvey
Dear Reader,
Dream Master: A Time in a Bottle began during a season of my life when I was trying to find my own true north.
After my parents passed away, I found myself living in my 1966 Mustang along Highway 101 in Encinitas, California. Somewhere in that stretch of grief, memory, hope, and searching, this story found me. What began as an idea about a boy, a mysterious Compass, and a ship in a bottle slowly became something much deeper — a story about friendship, courage, loss, love, and the unseen forces that guide us home.
In many ways, Dream Master is about the journeys we do not expect, the people we are meant to find, and the doors that open when we keep our hearts alive to wonder.
And as for the characters and magical tools in this story… I will simply say that some stories are truer than they first appear.
Thank you for stepping aboard Ye Old Scout and beginning this journey with me.
